These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SellerPapa™ (the "Service"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SellerPapa is an AI-native Commerce Operating System for merchants and their teams. It provides multi-marketplace order sync, inventory, warehouse, dispatch, reconciliation, TrueProfit analytics, PapaProof chain-of-custody, and AI Copilot capabilities.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You warrant that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, marketplace policy, or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service.
- Send spam, malware, or abusive content through our email/WhatsApp integrations.
- Use the Service to compete with SellerPapa or build a competing product.
4. Marketplace integrations
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of every marketplace you connect (Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Flipkart, Meesho, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.). SellerPapa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of any marketplace.
5. AI features
Our AI Copilot uses third-party large language models. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying important decisions and outputs before acting on them.
6. Fees & billing
Some plans are paid. Fees and billing cycles will be shown at checkout. Fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. See our Refund policy for cancellations.
7. Intellectual property
SellerPapa, TrueProfit Live, PapaProof, PolicyDNA, Digital Twin, Decision Memory, SellerFreedom and related marks are trademarks of SellerPapa. All Service code, design, and content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your data.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerPapa's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
